The Swap Meet Registrar will mail parking passes and food coupons to registered vendors that are paid-in-full by US Postal Service in August.
For those registering late your parking passes and food coupons will be held at the Registration Tent and become available for pick-up at 10 AM Thursday September 24th, 2015. At that time all spaces not paid for will be open on a First-Come-First-Served basis.
The Swap Meet Registration Tent will open on Thursday, September 24th, 2015 at 10 AM. At that time all spaces not paid for will be open on a First-Come-First-Served basis.
Vendor setup will be available beginning on Thursday, September 24th, 2015 at 10 AM.
The Lone Star Swap Meet ends at 6 PM Saturday. Vendors must vacate their spaces by 11:59 PM Saturday night.
